I remember walking out of my very first yoga class knowing I had experienced something extraordinary, and I was hooked. I began to practice yoga regularly, reaping the benefits it brought to the quality of my life; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I wanted to share with others what I found to be so rewarding for myself and enrolled in a teacher training program. I received my formal 200-hour teacher training at Samasati Nature Retreat in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. I have studied a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar, Bikram, Theraputic and Restorative. I attend classes and workshops regularly to continue to evolve my practice and teaching any chance I get. I feel so blessed to be in a position to help people change their lives in a positive way through yoga. I currently teach several classes at various locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
